Please ensure that all renovation work is fully completed before the cleaning begins, and that water and electricity are available on-site. This is an hourly-based service — we’ll provide an estimated duration based on your property’s size and condition. If more time is needed or the job finishes early, we’ll adjust the pricing accordingly, with a minimum call-out fee applied. All equipment and cleaning products are included in the service price.
